This charming 150 sq. ft. studio offers, Queen-size bed private full bathroom, kitchenette with sink and mini refrigerator/freezer (no cooking appliances), 50" Smart TV dedicated A/C, closet space, semi-private entrance from the pool deck, dedicated parking area and plenty of it - so bring your toys!! Off-roading and Boat parking!

The Casita is designed to be your place to unwind after a day on the lake, trails, or exploring everything Lake Havasu has to offer. It's ideal if your coming out to be out!

Shared Property Notice
The Casita is located on the same property as the main house, which may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Outdoor amenities, including the pool, spa, and patio are shared spaces. To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, guests of the main house receive priority use of the pool and outdoor entertainment areas. We kindly ask Casita guests to be respectful of shared spaces and other guests throughout their stay. Prior arrangements to share the pool access can be arranged by your host.

Pet-Free Home. This property is intentionally maintained as a pet-free environment to help minimize animal allergens for the comfort of the homeowners and future guests. Guests traveling with a legally recognized service animal are encouraged to contact the host before booking so we can discuss the property's layout and determine whether it will comfortably meet your needs.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
